3 nights $405.       4 nights $540.
5 nights $670.      6 nights $750.
Weekly discount ~ 7 nights ~  $805.
After 1 week each additional night $105.
 November - February (Low Season)
 10% off our high season rates.
 3 nights $365.      4 nights $486.
5 nights $603.      6 nights $675.
Weekly discount ~ 7 nights ~  $725.
After 1 week each additional night $95.

Rates are double occupancy, taxes included, in Canadian Dollars.
Each additional person ~ $20.00 / night.
Please note: July and August by the week only ~ 7 nights
There is a 3 night minimum reservation.

The cottage is completely self contained with private entrances and easy access parking
next to the front deck. Your hosts, Karen Cain & Verne Smith, have a home on the property
adjoining the cottage and will welcome you to ensure you have everything you need
for a rejuvenating, restful holiday.

DEPOSIT TO RESERVE STONES-THROW COTTAGE
 A deposit of 50% of room nights reserved.
CHEQUE made out and sent to:

Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of deposit cheque.
Cash balance due at check-in.
Adult oriented. Non-smoking household.
Check-in at 3pm. Check-out is at 11am.

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR GUEST RESERVATIONS NOVEMBER to FEBRUARY
14 days in advance of your stay.
$40. administration fee applies to all cancelled reservations
Please note:
*14 days notice applies to any reduction in the number of nights you have committed to stay.
*14 days notice applies to guests requesting to move their reservation to a later date.
*Charge also applies to 'no shows'.
If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, your deposit will be forfeit, unless I can rebook for those
days and in that case, your entire deposit will be returned, less the $40. administration fee.

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR GUEST RESERVATIONS JUNE 30 - SEPTEMBER 5
Summer Season Cancellation Policy ~ 21 days in advance of your stay
$60. administration fee applies to all cancelled reservations.
A full refund of the deposit, less the $60. administration fee, will be returned
with at least 21 days advance notice of cancellation.
Please note:
*21 days notice applies to any reduction in the number of nights you have committed to stay.
*21 days notice applies to guests requesting to move their reservations to a later date.
*Charge also applies to 'no shows' and unscheduled early departures.
