Hall Table

I have designed this table to show the integral parts of its structure.
The 'butterflies' of dark Walnut are structural and replace the more commonly hidden mortice
and tenon joints. The Cherry wood top 'floats' on Walnut supports and the corner braces are seen.
Dimensions: 15.5" x 50.5" x 30.5" h.

Handkerchief Table

So named because it folds diagonally like a handkerchief.
In the past, folding tables were often made in the Queen Anne style. As well as the basic design difference,
it is also different in that it is not a gate leg. The fourth leg pulls out from the centre.
The wood is Cherry with a stripe of African Padauk. Dimensions: 30" h x 36" square.
